All applicants are encouraged to apply early and utilize the credit/debit card payment feature to ensure your earliest possible application complete date. The order of assignments is based on application complete dates.

Housing Contract

Before submitting a housing application-contract, you must review the information contained in the online Housing Contract through the links on this page. You are responsible for knowing all the information contained in the contract. Upon submitting an application-contract, you acknowledge the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities has provided you with online access to the Housing Contract.  You agree to comply with all University of Minnesota/Housing & Residential Life policies, rules and regulations and the Housing & Residential Life Contract Terms and Provisions.
