Information Desks are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with limited service on holidays. They provide:

• Mail and package service
• Checkout for special facilities
• Community Advisor (CA) on-call, security monitor contacts
• Directory information
• Emergency lock out help
• General residence hall information
• (IDEA) Information Desk Electronic Assistant tracks information desk inventory, automatically alerts residents to deliveries, and allows residents to view availability of items for loan, such as DVDs, vacuums, music room keys, and much more.
