Leadership Retreat

Sharing in the Social Justice Journey

Faculty, staff, and former retreat participants are encouraged to apply. We are looking for individuals committed to social justice who have experience in facilitating small and large group discussions. Facilitators will be asked to role model risk taking, put the student’s experiences ahead of their own, and commit to attending two preparation meetings prior to the retreat (Saturday, November 14 and a date TBD) and coordinating/leading at least one follow-up small group meeting in both February and March. This is a volunteer opportunity, but we will cover your room and board at the retreat.
