We are pleased that you are considering being a part of our University Housing residential community. While convenience to campus is often the number one reason for living on campus, you'll find there is much more to help you make your University residence hall/apartment an enjoyable place to study, live, work, eat, and play. You'll discover opportunities for meeting other residents who have interests that match your own and you'll develop friends with whom to study, eat pizza, go to sports, theater, or other events and engage in discussions. - Easy walking distance to classes, the libraries, shopping, and recreational areas.
- Nutritionally prepared all-you-care-to-eat meals offering multiple choices, including self-service salad bar, pasta bar and "made to order" deli sandwich bar.
- Social, educational, cultural, and recreational opportunities are available in all housing locations. Intramural sports, movies, dances, etc., are samples of housing events. Also, when you want to be alone, there are quiet places available.
- Community behavioral standards govern University Housing and are in place in the event that conflicts between residents, or allegations of violations of residence hall/apartment regulations occur within the residential community. These standards reflect a respect for the rights and responsibilities necessary in community situations and are in place to ensure that your experience living in University Housing is a positive one.
- Live-in professional and student staff are available for advice or referrals on just about any topic from personal problems to career decisions. The services, skills, and time of full-time, professional staff members are available in all University Housing.

- All residence halls have computer labs
- Each lab has approximately 11 to 14 computers with a wide range of current software available
- All computers are connected to the Internet and can be used for e-mail
- Research concludes that living in University housing has a positive influence on a student’s grade point average, level of involvement in campus activities, retention at the University, and satisfaction with his or her collegiate experience.
