University Housing Parking

Parking is very limited on campus. Due to the limited space, we strongly advise you to leave your car at home. The University and the Metro Council, provide the U-Pass bus pass as an inexpensive alternative to driving.

All students (except those living in University Village) must enter the Parking and Transportation online parking lottery each semester for a chance at a student parking contract. You can submit your application, get your results, order, and pay for your contract online at www.umn.edu/pts/studentcontracts.htm

University Village Parking

At University Village, parking is on the first level of the complex. The cost is $90/month for the duration of the entire housing contract. Payment is made to Great Lakes Management in one or two installments per year.
