Online Troubleshooting
- The housing payment page uses a pop-up window to authorize.net where your credit/debit card payment is securely processed and sent immediately to Housing & Residential Life.
- If your browser is currently blocking pop-ups, the window to authorize.net will not open. To proceed, you will need to permanently allow pop-up windows on our website.
- Otherwise, you could use a different browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome by Google, etc.). Or you could use a different computer that does not have the same pop-up restrictions installed.
- The housing payment page also uses a javascript to open the authorize.net window. You must allow java scripts to submit an online payment.
