Guest housing is available to any person with University-related business and prospective students and their parent(s). Accommodations are available June 1- August 15.

Minneapolis Campus (Comstock Hall)

Single Occupancy Rooms:
$47.00 (tax included) per night
one person maximum occupancy

Double Occupancy Rooms:
$70.00 (tax included) per night
two person maximum occupancy

Reservations/Payment/Check in
All Summer Guest Housing visitors must have business at or with the University of Minnesota.  Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be received 5 days prior to check in.  All reservations are binding and will be billed for the entire amount if cancellation is not received 5 days prior to arrival.  Payment, for the entire length of the stay, is due upon arrival by check, cash, or money order in U.S. currency.  Credit cards are not accepted.  No refunds will be given for early departures.

Important reminder:  Guests who cancel a reservation more than 5 days prior to check-in will not be billed.

Check-in is at 2:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

Dining/Parking
